Refund Policy

Annette Loughlin-Smith (We, Our, Us) is committed to providing quality services and products to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage refunds, exchanges and transfers of service.

Product refunds

Product refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase, but are not accepted based on unique characteristics of natural or handcrafted products as specified below, or due to change of mind. Sale items, gift cards and downloadable products (ebooks, meditations, etc) are not refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in original packaging. We will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged.

Process for refunds 
To complete your refund we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected (within 30 days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

If you do not receive your refund within 7-10 days, first check with your bank or credit provider, before contacting us via Email.

Product exchanges

All exchanges for change of mind will be issued in the form of a credit note to be redeemed at our online store. For replacement or repair items due to a manufacturing fault, a replacement/repaired product will be sent, or if no longer available, a refund or credit note can be given. We do not reimburse return shipping charges on exchanges based on change of mind.

Process for exchanges

To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your exchange it is received and inspected (within 30 days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, then a credit note will be processed within 7-10 days. 

Returns shipping
To return a product for refund or exchange, contact us via Email for shipping information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned.

Service refunds, exchanges & transfers

Exchanges and transfers for services are only possible if the service (including readings, reiki healing, courses, sessions, workshops or events) has not been delivered, is not subject to other terms or conditions, and is exchanged or transferred for the same or lesser value of the service purchased. Refunds on services are not available for change of mind, but may be considered in exceptional circumstances. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your exchange, transfer or refund of your service. If approved, then a transfer, credit note or refund will be processed within 7-10 days.

Product differences: Some of the products on this site are natural crystals/minerals or handcrafted materials. Each one is individual and may vary in size, colour, texture or features. The appearance can vary from the images shown and the item may contain imperfections and/or inclusions. All care is taken in providing accurate information to the purchaser, however refunds or exchanges will not be made on the basis of unique characteristics of natural or handcrafted products.
